I would recommend ABSOLUTELY NO ONE to rent from this property. They deceive you with the beauty of the property but management is horrible. They will charge you ridiculous fees when moving out and don’t even think up any higher ups being any help. If I could give this property a 0 I would.

Though, I don't need free rent for a year even though it would be nice. I lived here before with an ex boyfriend of mine, and I absolutely loved it there. The staff was nice and courteous and helped me when I needed it. When our garage flooded they gave us a gift certificate to help with the cost of damages. Unfortunately I had to move back to Tennessee but I am looking into moving back up that way next year,once I get a few issues straightened out and this will most definitely be my first place... to choose to live again. If I had it my way and could of afforded it at the time I would of stayed.
The area is nice and was very close to me for work. My dog loves going on his daily walks in the neighborhood. I'm not really good at writing reviews ,so this is just mainly my opinion. Hope you have a blessed day.
