My experience at my Goldmark managed property is VERY POOR. I verbally report issues with zero follow up. I electronically report issues with zero follow up. Always shows the work order was completed, but was it? Nope. Only here because I haven’t found the right property to buy.

Overall great place to live pretty quiet building not allot of noise everyone is really nice that Ive met and the staff is great always so helpful
