You don’t want to be in this place and order anything online, you will surely not get to receive anything, it will be stolen the moment it’s delivered, the second you delay in getting ur items it will be stolen, the management don’t care about the tenants. You pay so much, but they don’t wanna install cameras in the lobby.

I’ve rented with Valley Rental for nearly nine years now and am extremely happy here. I’ve found the staff to be very responsive when I’ve needed help with something.

The units are very nice and pretty well soundproofed. The rent is competitively priced and includes basic cable, internet, and a full sized in-unit washer and dryer set, and pets are allowed.

I do like these apartments and I would recommend them to a friend. The Valley Rental people have all been quite nice to work with, and any service requests have been handled quickly. Usually within a day or two. Only reason I've needed to call service was bird's nests in the dryer exhaust vents, clearly no big deal. The layout is a little generic, but if that doesn't bother you then it's cool. I love the washer and dryer in the unit. The complex's parking always seems a little on the crowded... side, which I've always found odd considering each unit has a one or two stall garage with it. I do feel that the rate for a one bedroom is a little steep for what it is, but it competes well within this market.

All in all, a good experience here and I would renew my lease if I were not to be relocating across the country. Read More
