Never experienced such poor service from anyone before. If you need help with anything you won't get it from there leasing office. They never answer phone calls, when you leave a message it takes days to hear anything back. Even after calling the cops several time for the abusive neighbors next to me & telling them how unsafe I felt living in there building they wouldn't do anything. The group of people working there were hard to work with, & just plain disrespectful to the tenants living there.... I would NEVER recommend renting with this terrible place to anyone. The hallways smell & look like you live in a dump, and don't worry they say to clean up after your pet outside but hey you'll probably end up finding dog poop in the hallways. I have lived at Southport Heights for over a year now. I absolutely love my apartment. From day one when Kelsey showed me the apartment to now I have had only one issue with my garage and Alliance Management Group / Maintenance took care of very promptly !!! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I love this apartment. Very spacious in each bedroom (3). Laundry room is big enough for a W/D and the freezer we put in there as well. Lots of storage! Beautiful kitchen!

Southport Heights is great! New construction combined with a reliable, responsive complex manager make me recommend this apartment to most people. It's a bit of a jaunt to Downtown, but the bars within walking distance are great!
