We lived here for 7 months on a bottom floor 3 bedroom apartment. We lived the attached garage. The neighbors were friendly. I never heard them except for walking above me a couple of times. The management was really professional and easy to work with both moving and moving out. We received our entire deposit back and I thought they were more than fair on move out procedures.

These are the most poorly designed buildings I have ever seen. Pair with this a neighbor or 3 who love rave music, has annoying dogs, and love playing with garage doors you have a recipe for disaster. This is by far the worst place anyone could possibly live. Dogs against your bedroom wall barking like it’s going out of style. 2am raves on a Monday? We got them. Btw did I mention your bedroom is directly above someone else’s garage ? Yeah, whenever your neighbor leaves (which in my case in 194... times a day between the hours of 6am-4am) you will be awoken to a quad turbine 747 taking off beneath you. Poorly designed. Bedroom above someone else’s garage so it’s like a jet engine underneath you 100 times a day at 3 am 2 am doesn’t matter. Dogs barking. You won’t sleep here.

I love living here! The interiors are gorgeous...I love the flooring and the patios! The neighborhood is quiet, but it is still close to restaurants and the grocery store. I also love using the walking paths and biking paths....so pretty by the pond!
