How Is This Rating Determined?

Not worth it

I have lived here many, many years. When this building got sold, everything went downhill, The lawn was kept up so nicely, but not anymore; they dug up most of the landscaping and rock around the building. There are now big dents and deep indents in the lawn, and nothing is being done about it. I'm sad to see this go downhill as it has.

Great place to live!

Have lived here for several years. Management is onsite and they work hard to keep the building clean and tidy. Have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a repair or appliance exchange. It is very quiet and the tenants are friendly and respectful.
