I chose Eaglebrook because it offered a modern, one-bedroom apartment with lots of storage. I’m in Eaglebrook 1, and it’s cleaned weekly. It’s a fairly quiet building next to a residential neighborhood with sidewalks.

My favorite part of the apartment is the tray ceiling, because it opens up the space. I also like the 3D textured counter tops and vinyl plank flooring, which looks like wood and requires similar upkeep.
It has a hall closet, large linen cabinet and large bedroom closet.... Altogether, there is plenty of storage for my clothes, shoes, linens and seasonal decorations.

In my bedroom I have a queen bed, two night stands and a large dresser. The air conditioner in my apartment is Frigidaire and the rest the appliances are GE. One driveway exits onto 25th Street S., which is a primary road on the City of Fargo’s snow plowing map as of 2/16/2019. After heavy snow, my coworkers who lived on residential streets were stuck at home, but not me!

I submitted one online request to the property management company, and it was addressed quickly.
