Goldmark is horrible. I will NEVER rent from them again. I Had my vehicle broken into in the underground parking and my Cadillatic converters cut off my vehicle in the same spot. The “safe” underground parking. Cost me thousands of dollars because neither were covered by insurance and no security cameras! I can’t wait to move out this week!

From what I’ve experienced, is it’s an amazing apartment complex. The maintenance seems to be the only issue I have with the complex as it does take longer than wished for repairs to be made. But with short staffing it’s understandable. The location is amazing and all around just a nice home to have.
