We are very satisfied with the apartment maintenance team, which is consistently responsive and efficient. Their service is excellent, and we would confidently rate the maintenance 10/10.

However, we would like to provide feedback regarding the pool amenities. The pool is advertised as being open until “dusk,” but in practice the closing times are often earlier (typically around 6–7 pm) and tend to vary without clear or consistent communication. In addition, the pool is rarely open on weekends,... which further limits accessibility for residents who work full-time during the week. Overall, this makes it difficult to reliably use the amenity as expected.

The apartments are INFESTED with roaches. Doesn’t take heave in maintenance request. The property manager is rude. They will threaten to evict you if you are 2 days late on rent.

I have been here almost 2 years and of right now, the pool is still closed (it has been closed for close to 4 years). Bugs are a big problem (i spray at least one a month and it still doesn't help. People are constantly throwing their garbage outside of the dumpsters, and the marijuana smell is constant, to the point where I don't want to sit outside on the balcony.

The Leasing Manager Ariana and the Maintenance Manager Corrin have been fantastic!

This property was an absolute disaster when I arrived and the previous manager was absolutely terrible!

Since I've been living here this complex has gone from horrible to MUCH BETTER!
I attribute this success to its Leasing and Maintenance Management.

I moved here pregnant just for me to never live here , apartment was nit cleaned or touched at all for that matter before i moved in , cabinet’s absolutely disgusting ! I cant even use my kitchen paint peeling and holes in the wall. When i moved in my door and patio door has been broken since move in , THE ROACHES OHMYGOSH!!!
