Apartment was decent.. However lived here for a year and within 3-4 months there were multiple leaks coming from the ceiling and in the middle closet! Made multiple maintence requests for it to be fixed and it took MONTHS for the bathroom ceiling leak to be fixed which was very annoying. Imaging using the bathroom just for dirty liquid above you to constantly drip all over your head and back.
And the closet leak was never fixed/repaired. This long with the fact the price is going up every... single year to re-lease is why I will not be living here anymore.

I am a 3yr. Resident here, and I can say that,the staffing here is great, maintenance is excellent. It's mainly quiet for the most part, no kids just hanging out. Neighbors are friendly. It's clean and the apartments are great. The amenities are always available.

Quiet and polite
Thee complex is very nice, the complex manager always says hello and smiles when i pass him. Ive never had any problems with neighbors being loud or even hearing them at all. Price is very very fair for a one bedroom one bathroom considering the storage, balcony and the fireplace.
