Still new to the community, but everything seems well put together and quiet. I have enjoyed it up to this point. I hope to get access to the gym, and other amenities that are around me in due time.

Jennifer and Peno are amazing very friendly and courteous to the residence, which is very important. Grounds are keep nice and clean. Safe place to live.

A beautiful location and everyone on the property is friendly. Ashlee made my move-in experience very easy and was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall, I’ve had a great experience so far!

It’s great. Very quiet respectable community. I just hope my rent doesn’t go up much next year as I have a family to provide for and work hasn’t given me any sort of raise or promotion since I started. The new pavement looks nice. Grounds are maintained decently. Although the landscape company needs to be better about spraying and pulling crack weeds. Hopefully next year both pools will be available. On top of that some pretty good restaurants surrounding the community.

Apartment was flipped beautifully when we moved in and staff has been very helpful so far. Walls are a little thin so we can hear our neighbors occasionally, but everyone seems very respectful of each other so we haven’t had any huge issues with that.
