We have enjoyed living here so far, the unit is nice, the grounds are kept and they care about their residents. There are nice amenities and activities to keep the community engaged with the management team. We love it so far. I would recommend.

The units themselves are nice. Everything else, not so much. Almost no one here cleans up after their dogs, people openly smoke weed in common areas, there are semi-regular car break ins, people run their dogs off leash, and homeless people regularly cross through the apartments to get to Reynolda Road.

Yes it’s cheap and the units are nice but I don’t think management plans on addressing the serious issues with the complex.

Wonderful Management. Jasmin has been so friendly, helpful and courteous! She helped me out with the information about my apartment and helped me get all of my information in, I work about 65-70 hours a week, and she was extremely helpful in staying in contact with me (and not in a bothersome way) to get the apartment. I requested to see if they had a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment asap, and she really helped to get this done quickly! The apartment is super nice, very clean when I moved in. The... maintenance crew on site keeps everything working and clean. Never any trash laying outside, amenities are wonderful, the gym is nothing but pure love (its available for us whenever we want, using our own code to get in) the location is super secure and I love that each apartment has its own security alarm system.
