Our new manager is terrible. When I moved here in 2019 Rebecca was wonderful and cared about the property and residents. The property was kept clean by a very professional and personable maintenance staff. The current manager, Allison, is awful and just does not care about the property or the tenants. Our maintenance team of nearly 15yrs quit because they could not tolerate her. Now.....trash sit everywhere on the property. Several residents have mentioned the litter everywhere. Trash will... be picked up one day, then left to accumulate for another week or more. The vacant units used to be turned by professional teams, now they are haphazardly turned by the property manager, the assistant property manager or the temps we have doing maintenance. The rear patio partitions and front porch banisters are rotting and mildewing. The landscaping is tired and dog droppings are everywhere. There is nothing done to help with erosion control. Rent goes up and no upgrades are ever made. Rebecca used to offer the residents a free carpet cleaning annually with lease renewal or some sort of remedial upgrade. Now we get nothing! Read More

Don’t do it. Been here 4 years, they raise the rent $100 every year & make no upgrades. Currently writing this as I haven’t had water for 12 hours & don’t know when it’ll be back on. Had to go buy water just to wash my hands. My neighbors are disgusting & let their dogs pee on the entry sidewalk & it smells like acidic dog pee every day as soon as I walk out of my apartment & as soon as I get out of my car. I’ve told the office for 2 years now & they’ve done nothing about it. Had to buy a washer... & dryer because the laundry room is too unreliable. 2 years ago someone broke into everyone’s car multiple days in a row & they did nothing about it. Read More

This is a great community to live in and you are close to a lot of stores (Lowes, Harris Teeters, Tjmaxx) that are only a 1-2 minute drive. There us also a chickfila, mcd, and pizza hut very near by along with a bar and local restaurant. Quiet apartment complex. My only complaint would be that I’ve had issues with my kitchen sink garbage disposal, other than that everything has been good.

it’s very quiet and super kid friendly. The complex is well maintained, the staff is friendly, and always responds quickly whether it’s to answer a question or needing something done by maintenance. Someone else bought the complex shortly after I had moved here and there’s been a lot of great stuff being added which makes the community look even better
