Better places to rent at downtown
Cheaply put together apartments with car break-ins, rude management, and NO working facilities. It took a month for the AC unit to be fixed within my apartment in August. Maintenance can and will walk-in without notice, while you are in the shower. Never ending projects limit parking and accessibility to the buildings. Constant management change. This is the worst apartment complex in Winston by a mile.

Poor Management
Lived here for almost 5 years. Not a bad building. The location is nice. Staff was really great until Meridian took over management when the building was sold to a new owner.
Laundry room has a lot of issues with broken machines, some take you money and don’t work, getting a refund is time consuming. Gym has many broken pieces of equipment that have been that way for years. Pool is frequently crowded by people that do not even live in the building.
Was unreasonably charged a $100 cleaning fee... upon leaving for apartment not being perfectly spotless. Also took over a month to receive security deposit. Since management was taken over by meridian, it takes days to get responses to emails.
