There are roaches everywhere and their "pest control" does nothing to keep them at bay. They also do not tell you that there is a bedbug infestation when you are considering another lease term. Management is ok at best and they charge way to much for what they have to offer. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to live.

Ive lived at Hampton Court for 3 years now. The townhouses are actually not that bad, along with the one bedrooms on Bethania Station Road. But the two bedrooms on Shattalon.. please stay away from these at all costs. Roaches run rapid , they have treatments it seems every month. They got into everything that I own. Also, there are bedbugs. I personally did not have them, but my neighbor did. Only reason I know is because they had to come to my apartment to put a barrier down to make sure the... bugs didn't come into my place.
