Brookside townhomes
I’ve been living in this townhome community, and overall I’ve had a positive experience. Like any community, there are things that could always be improved, but no place is perfect.
One thing I do appreciate is Jasmine, the property manager. She has always been professional, respectful, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s clear that she cares about the residents and does her best to help.
The location is convenient, and the community has worked well for me and... my family. At the end of the day, it’s really what you make of it. If you take pride in your home, communicate with management when issues arise, and have realistic expectations, it can be a great place to live.
I’m still a resident here, and overall I’ve enjoyed my experience.

Great townhomes
I live in a 3 BR it is very spacious with no one on top of me. The townhome floor plans here with washer dryer hookups are very convenient and great for a family.
