Move in will be the first month's rent and security deposit. The deposit will be based on your rental and credit history.
If you want to reserve the home you can give us a hold / reserve deposit to hold the home and commit that you are taking it, and we will commit that we are not renting it to any one else...
Whomever provides us with the acceptable credit information necessary and a deposit first will be the one to get the home.
