I've lived here nearly a year and absolutely love living here. It is a great community to live in if you love an active lifestyle with plenty of walkability nearby. In my time living here, I have never experienced issues with the WiFi that were not the result of a fiber line being cut in the area. Living here gives the same feel of living in a boutique, upkept, maintained neighborhood without having the headache of owning a home. You will not always get a spot right out front of your home, but... that is simply apartment living, if you want a designed spot, you should inquire about reserving a garage or buy a house lol. The Property Management team is relatable, professional, and quick to respond. Nonetheless, this community is worth every penny and I will not hesitate to renew when the time comes!

Excellent Experience!
I can't say enough about how much my husband and I enjoyed this apartment community. Between the unit itself and the staff, we really liked the living experience here. The apartment felt more like a home, rather than a stereotypical apartment, due to the design. One-floor living is very convenient!
The neighbors were personable and management was very responsive to our needs, which were few. Maintenance, for the three or four times we called them, were at our home within the day, if not within... 90 minutes.
We thought we received good value for the money. The only reason we moved out was because our home was built across the street at Riverlights! Otherwise, we probably would have signed a long-term lease.
If you're considering an apartment home in Wilmington, I encourage you to check out The Cottages at Riverlights first!

Great For people looking for a mix of renting and owning
This community is well maintained and offers great amenities and a great location centrally located between downtown and the beach.
