We moved in about a month ago and honestly, wish I would have shopped around more. Moved in with duct tape painted white around the a/c unit thats ungodly loud, the pool a sickly shade of green, and trash sitting on the sidewalks from god knows where. Moved in with a broken washing machine, broken oven, broken shower head, and it’s been a month and only the oven has been halfway fixed no matter how much we ask. Please shop around more before choosing to live here, because after only one month I... can confidently say I do NOT want to renew my lease.
