needs work. Appliances broken on move in. roaches spotted first night. decent amenities. neighbors seem fine. courtesy officer on site is a plus or a minus depending on who you are.

This year makes my 2nd year residing here. Since day 1, I loved it. The management is very nice and helpful. I hardly Ever had to put in maintenance request, maybe only twice in 2 years. Living here has been so peaceful and relaxing.
