Year 2. Love the location, even though I now drive 30 minutes to the 400 acre private estate I manage in NC. I really like the Loft part and never want a regular bedroom again! Maybe I’ll graduate to a Barn and just have a bigger layout…. With a “Loft!’”
I’m comfortable living here, know some people here now, and do feel that the location is great and the price is right.
Who knows…maybe year 3 is on the horizon

Needs visitor parking so residents can park in front of their apartments without issues, washers and dryers in the laundry facility were dirty so I wash my clothes elsewhere, bugs are an issue regardless of cleanliness, decent rent price and opt out option for security deposit are the upsides.
