Signed my 3rd lease and still like the place, neighbors, and the location is perfect … only a mile from work!! Maintenance on the unit can be an issue at times, but the guys in the maintenance department are not an ossue

When I first moved in my apartment I loved it but, now I absolutely hate it here. The worst maintenance ever also the worst people who are now in office . I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!!! Do better

Mgmt was very attentitive during the application process. The apartment was available on the date I chose. Unsatisfied with the lack of cleaning in the apartment. The oven grills are greasy, the diswasher looks extrememly moldy or like the plastic on the racks was burnt. The floors were not cleaned well, including all 3 windows (very dirty). Plus the all screens are bent; almost like someone in the past tried to pry them open.
I submitted a work order and maintenance was quick to try and look... at the items; however, I was very ill and informed them it would not be a good time to make an assessment. I've been waiting for them to try again - but no word.

Quiet area. Peaceful. Reasonable. Could use alittle updates with maintenance, landscaping, exterior & parking. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
