Been here for about 2 to 3 years and in the past 9 or so months it has drastically changed in the best ways possible. The new grounds keeper has made this place so much better, think he even got promoted here lately. The management in the office always very nice and helpful. Giving it a 4 start just due to some of the other residents keep drinking outside in groups and it's pretty intimidating. Other then that this place is on the right track.

Tbh we didn't even go in to view the apts bc the dumpsters were overflowing onto the parking lot, and like 50% of the apts has broken blinds which does not give a good look for the quality of the management or the tenants so we made a hard pass on this one lol

There where roaches living in the stove you can see them in the screen of the stove mold right on airway I advise if have kids do not rent here they are very outdated and if you live on the the bottom floor you can hear the people up there like the phone alarm and the windows shake

I just love how well mannered and friendly the office workers are and may I mention the ground keepers. Everytime I'm in the office they treat me like part of their family. I love how they always ask me, "Is everything going OK?" I even like how they are concern with the up keep of the property, lets me know they are concern about how the tenants are living. I also feel safe. A truly wonderful place to live. Yes, I give a 5 Star for Employee Hospitality.

I have been a frequent visitor of this area via friends and family who used to and currently live in the area. I'm absolutely in love with the area. Close to just about everything needed. The management and staff treat you like family. The pool and gym are both amazing! Both are well kept and functional. There was more space in my apartment than I was originally informed about which is always a plus. Definitely more affordable than most places in Wilmington.
