I’ve been living here for about six months. “ Flats” is truly a unique community. I’ve lived in other apartment complex’s before- they were nice, but “ Flats on Front” is special. It’s not just the great downtown river area, beautiful apartments or the great amenities. It’s the staff. They are amazing. The property managers are really very nice,helpful,friendly yet professional. The maintenance staff are also wonderful- issues are addressed promptly with a friendly demeanor. All makes it feel... like “ home”. “Flats on Front” is a lovely place.
