They’ve always treated me and my family with kindness, respect, and real compassion, which means so much—especially as a young family starting out. It’s clear they extend that same warmth to all residents. This has truly been an awesome and comfortable place to call home. We’ve felt supported every step of the way, and that kind of community is hard to find.

Great place to live!
Cadia is like living in a five star resort ! The manager and her assistant are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are excellent. We came in October and hope to never leave!

Great experience
We’ve had a great experience with Cadia Myrtle Landing so far. From the start, the rental agent made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. They were responsive, professional, and truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way.
What really stood out was their flexibility. While we waited for the specific apartment we had our eye on to become available, they worked with us to move units more than once—always making the transition as smooth as... possible. It’s rare to find that level of accommodation and understanding, and we really appreciated it.
Overall, we’ve felt supported and valued as tenants, and we’re thrilled to finally be in the apartment we were hoping for. Highly recommend working with the team at Cadia Myrtle Landing.

Evicted mid lease to comply with new parking rules.
I lived there for four years but middleburg took over and mid lease I was told I could no longer park my motorcycles in front of the home. They made us pay four months rent to break our lease. I had initially moved to myrtle landing specifically because my motorcycles had been damaged at a previous rental by thieves attacking them when they were parked away from the home. Moving my motorcycles was against the agreement I had with previous management and I lost over ten thousand dollars due to... the constructive eviction and finding a new home. Worst possible rating for this place.

Do not rent here
Rangewater lacks communication. The seem to hire people with 0 experience to manage the place. If you wanna spend all your hard earned dollars to live with mold and roaches be my guest
