Not up to standard Had a self-guided tour and the room we toured reeked of cigarette smoke. the walls were damaged and floors had deep scratches. I can understand if this was a recently moved out of unit, but this should not be the unit that is shown to potential renters!

Great experience! I arrived for a scheduled appointment to tour a second floor apartment and met with Alex. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, personable and answered every question I presented. I've never rented before and felt assured and listened to as Alex made every effort to match me appropriately to a ground floor 1 bedroom that was just the right fit! The community is very appealing, well kept with nice amenities, and the apartment was modern, spotless, well layed-out and just perfect.
