Still no AC Has been over a week since our apartment has been under 82°. We’ve had to purchase multiple fans to allow any air flow in our apartment. The past weekend, it was consistently higher than 87° in our apartment. We have been understanding when told it was going to be fixed the next morning but that was every day for the past week. Here we are on a saturday evening sweating profusely while I get sent a survey asking how the repairs went. We also have a dog who has been struggling for... over a week. So yes, I rate this service 1/5 stars because I can’t rate it 0.

As a part was needed and ordered for your unit we did have to await its shipment... and installed a portable AC unit in your home.
