The Pace is a wonderful place with beautiful apartments and fantastic amenities. It’s convenient to all areas of Wake Forest. We have already met such kind, friendly and helpful people here. We plan to be long term residents.

Management can be unresponsive to complaints. Neighbors are loud and disrespectful. Residents don’t pick up after their dogs even if a dog station is less than 10 feet away. Trash/litter has become a problem. For a nonsmoking community, I see a lot of cigarette butts. Only positives: maintenance is responsive and the apartments are near many things.

It's important to note that the team... is highly engaged with the Holding Village HOA as it appears the neighborhood, and not all Pace renters, may be contributing to the cigarettes and overall litter.
