Living at Aston has been great! The location of our apartment by the walking trail and dog park is beautiful and maintenance does a great job upkeeping the area for us and our doggos to enjoy! Between the amazing facilities in the clubhouse and the perks like valet trash and rent reporting, the rental office really gives extra value to our home! Also shoutout to Ashelyn and Katheryn in the office and Derrick with the fixing guys, they keep our apartment our home every year!

Beautiful Apartment and Great Team
I’m never disappointed with the girls in the leasing office! Even with inspections this week, the great maintenance team communicated everything to me. I definitely plan on renewing my lease, as my rent here is affordable and my apartment is beautiful!

Pretty community and good prices
Rent is a pod price and includes a lot to be a good value. The apartments are nice and clean. Have to remember it’s apartment living but the girls in the office are really great.

Great price and well kept community
Katherine and Ashelyn are so kind in the office! The community is beautiful and I really love it here. Not only does maintenance come and do a good job, but management works hard to keep the community up to standards like parking and being clean.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS AND GREAT OFFICE STAFF.
After thorough search for apartments online, while out of state, I settled for Aston and am glad I did. I took a leap of faith, applied and paid for this apartment while out of state, And I was not disappointed at all! Thats the best decision I made! The apartments are so beautiful and spacious, the environment is serene and clean, the management is top notch! My special thanks goes to Nadeen and Cayla in the leasing office, you gals are AWESOME! I had a little hitch with being approved, due to... my employer delay in responding, but these gals encouraged and worked me, they were on the phone with me thru out my drive from WA state, until everything was settled. So, if you are out of state and wondering if you can find nice apartment online in Wake Forest NC? You will never be disappointed with Aston apartments!
