My husband and I have lived here going on 4 years. Each year gets better!! This is not just a nice home, but a great community!! Neighbors reach out to help and watch out for each other!!
Top notch living with an amazing maintenance staff that keeps our home in top shape. Matthew leads others as he goes above and beyond to take care of the entire property!! The office staff is like family and are always there for the family's needs!!

Great Family/Dog Friendly Place
This is our first apartment, We enjoyed our time here. The place is very dog-friendly and family friendly. Everyone here is very welcoming. The maintenance is a little slow, but they do get the job done. The pool is a wonderfully clean and relaxing place to be if you didn't want to go to the beach. The stuff is so helpful and super kind. They are very patience and really get to know the people living in the apartments. They also do a wonderful job of trying to have an activity for the... community happening all the time. Like a book club, work session, yard sale, even station to wrap presents during the holidays, even just to get the community together to have lunch. The beach is only a 10 min drive down. Then Food loin only a 5 min drive away. Everything else is about 20 min to Jacksonville to best buy Walmart, target, five below, Micheals Etc. One of the best things they invested in was the Lux One, which allows us to get our package at any time! They have a very secure room where all our packages are kept in. Then on your time, you put the code in to unlock the door and get your package. THIS great for when everyone working and won't be home until after the office closes. The place is very Clean!

Perfect Setting Excellent Professional Staff
This apartment complex is in a prime location especially for military personell from Camp Lejeune. This is the second time I have lived here and have never had any issues with my apartment or the staff here who are always available and ready to help. Always events going on for residents to enjoy great community atmosphere.
