If you can, do not rent this apartment. They will charge you for every little thing while their standards is not up to par. There is absolutely no amenities for the price. No gym, no pool, no valet trash, no wash area, no balcony and the kitchen is outdated. Please research other apartments that are just 25 minutes away from this area for the same price with all the amenities. Try Sanford, Asheboro or Greensboro, these are better areas with the same price apartments that actually have these... amenities. “The Gardens at Anthony” in Greensboro is a great apartment option for the same price. Also you would also be in a more urban area.
Upon renting this place, it was extremely dirty, and the patched walls were clearly shown. There was an old stove so I always had problems with the burner and the bottom of the oven kept falling out. There is absolutely no towel rack in the bathroom or shower curtain Rod. When you install your own, they will charge you for damages when you leave, knowing that you had no option because they did not provide any.
Water bill is also high as well as rent. The price would be ok but what they offer for that price is not worth it. Find somewhere else.
