This is a building in an amazing location that needs a lot of TLC. It's tired and needs work. Some good renovations have occurred on the roof, at a glacial pace. If renovations continue, it will be better. The pricing is fair. You can't beat the views from most apartments.

Skyhouse Raleigh is in desperate need of a 'refreshing' of the building. Carpets are dirty. Walls are marked and need repainting. The floors in the elevators are scarred and the elevators often stink of marijuana or dog urine. It is a great location and could be a wonderful place to live if owner/management would address the issues.

The concierge service personnel are kind and professional. The response is very good even though there are things out of their control. The cart service needs to be updated ( there needs to be a check out process so the concierge would know who checked the cart out. The price that is paid for parking is horrible: Garage is dirty all the time. Issue has been addressed but was told by the parking personnel it was not their responsibility to clean up glass and trash at the entrance coming to the... building.

The parking garage is owned by The Car Park, however, should you ever notice any areas of concern in our stairwells within the parking deck, please let us know and our onsite... cleaning team can take care of it. We are also happy to reach out to The Car Park for cleaning requests as well. Whenever you notice something, we are happy to take care of it, we just need to be made aware. For the luggage racks, we have two available on a first-come, first-served basis. If they are not available, it means that they are being utilized. A lot of our residents and those in urban environments purchase collapsible wagons on amazon that fit easily inside your car and would always be available for your use. Thank you for your compliments on our concierge team -- we will be sure to share that with them!
