I am enjoying my stay so far since moving in a month ago, the property is well maintained, quiet and safe. Maintenance is quick to come and fix any issues and the leasing agents are wonderful as well, very friendly, personable and helpful with any questions or concerns.

This has not been a good experience so far. Bugs, foul odors, having to reset outlets and breakers for appliances, loud heavy stomping from above throughout the day and night. I pay higher rent to live on the bottom floor but have to deal with disrespectful tenants? Make it make sense? Definitely not a peaceful apartment to reside in. I have had to buy an ozone generator for the odor, as well as bug spray for the bugs. Not what I envisioned moving to a new apartment. I was optimistic when... speaking with staff before I signed the lease and even after picking up the keys. The community is serene and the residents are welcoming as is the staff. No noise issues and the properties well kept. The staff goes out of her way to make sure things are right.

It's peaceful until the landscaping crew comes in early in the morning when either I'm trying to or working from home. The maintenance crew is great.

This is such an amazing neighborhood to live in! Everything's so close, you can easily walk to. The amenities here are really nice. The events they host are also a lot of fun.
