Love the area, but maintenance and landscaping is terrible here. Especially if you are not near the office. They only care about making the office landscaping nice. The units are empty beds and over grown strubs. But I love the lake around the complex and the location in town.

Decent community here. Staff is helpful and communicative, and the access to mail, trash, parking, and nature are great. I don't like that my porch doesn't have railings, but overall it's a good experience.

Seems like a nice and quiet place to live. I can’t say I have any complaints honestly. The lake and gym on sight is a fairly nice touch to the property

Lived here for 3 years and I am comfortable here. The location and neighborhood are perfect for me. My favorite stores, restaurants and shopping are easily accessible.

I've lived here 3 years and moved over to a new unit, and I couldn't be happier. The management team is helpful and responsive, and maintenance is professional and efficient. The location on the lake is stunning.
