Yes.......
I was one of the first tenants to live in this newly renovated apartment building and I can say from experience the way it is laid out,you barely hear your neighbors. Everyone is respectful and quiet. No loud music or parties disturbing your sleep.Management, maintenance(Danny) and grounds person(Manuel) are all very amazing. The interior is gorgeous, in my opinion. Please don't raise the rent anymore. I've had such a great experience i'm recommending my daughter to move here in the next few... months into her own apartment. The only CON: Don't be fooled from all of the surrounding new construction, there is 24/7 drug activity,prostitution,and homeless all around the surrounding neighborhood.
