These apartments are only a year old. However; I've had many issues in the past year:
There was faulty wiring on multiply occasions. I've come home to switch my light switch on only to not have any electricity for up to 48 hours. The cable here is also faulty. Channels black out randomly and the signal is very week. The wifi has the same issues.
The rent here is $550/month. To me, based on my experience it's definitely not worth that rate even though it is completely furnished. Amenities have... to be used at another property within the same company although they advertise that there is a pool within the complex.
I give this apartment two starts because for it to be a brand new complex, it had many issues that shouldn't come with a new place! I say a fair rate would be 450/month a best. Now the rent is $560 and up! Terrible ! The nice set up will fool you.
