Lived here from May 2021-May 2022. Really good price-point for the location. Within 8 minutes of Harris Teeter, Target, and Crossroads. Close to I-40 for commuting. Only complaint is noise during the day, it is adjacent to a middle school, but otherwise calm. Safe area, walked around at night many times.

With the rising popularity of the Triangle area, the price of rent here is much more reasonable than other "luxury" apartments. Would definitely live here again.

We lived in Ashborough for just over a year and had a great experience there. This was the only apartment complex we've been genuinely sad to leave. The apartments themselves are well-laid out, feel pretty new, and are well-maintained. The office staff was friendly and helpful without fail (they even helped us pick up some items we had forgotten in the apartment when we moved out), and maintenance was quick and super friendly! The office even followed up for some maintenance cases to make sure... we were happy with the results. The location has shopping nearby and it's easy to get to highway 64 and interstate 40, but it still feels tucked away in a good way. Our apartment was near the woods and it was awesome - it felt private and had a great view. We never had issues with neighbors, and the office actually enforces the no smoking policy (which is rare in my experience), and that was highly appreciated.
Only cons: the one dumpster in the complex did sometimes get way too full by the end of the week, and since it's near an elementary school there is heavy traffic when parents are dropping off/picking up kids from school, so you might need to plan an extra 3 min or so into your driving schedule if you'll be leaving during that time.

I've been living in this apartment complex for two years already and during these two years I had primarily positive experience. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and clean. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with, the service support provided prompt responses (obviously COVID created some interference but prior to that problems were solved within 1-3 days depending on urgency/technical side).You may rarely see bugs in the apartments (typically when the temperature outside drops or when... it rains heavily) but staff reacts to solve those problems whenever they occur.
