Brendan received his education at the University of Delaware and California Western School of Law in San Diego before working several years in telecommunications and eBusiness services on the west coast. When the technology bubble burst in Seattle in the late ninety’s, Brendan moved back to San Diego deciding to put his property law background to use in trust deed investing, mortgage financing and real estate sales.
