Thanks to all the staff, who have been great. This complex is well kept and maintained. We have had no "actual" issues, but maintenance has been super responsive to any requests we've had. Our apartment feels brand new. It's modern, clean, stylish and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a "must have" for us, as was having either the balcony or patio, plus you get bonus storage space with it! Our neighbors have all been very pleasant. We will miss having the well appointed exercise room... , the lovely pool/pool house and nice public lounge area when we go. There is a quiet walking path close to the property. Grocery shopping and some personal services are very near by.
We will also miss the concierge trash pickup!
In the beginning, I did not like the idea of having to collect packages from a mail/package kiosk, but it's very convenient and is actually very reassuring that packages are held in a locked area, especially in times when you are out of town.

The property is really clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly. The property has no clutter and fully functional. Maintenance and office staff has a nice demeanor and knowledge based about the apartments. The pool is always clean and surrounding area.
