My experience with this place, so far has been pretty good because the process of moving in was pretty easy and kind of fast which works fine with me. I was excited about moving here because I have family members in the neighborhood and I don’t have any complaints from them. I’ll be moving to the first floor so I’m hoping there won’t be a lot of bug (roach) problems because of that.

I had came in without much hope of buying an apartment but left with full certainty that this is what I need. Now I’m 2 months into my lease and couldn’t be happier

Great apartment. The buildings and the grounds are very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Well worth the rent amount.

The entire application & move in process was smooth. Marquita & other staff members made sure to be very informative and communicative during the entire experience. They were very knowledgeable about any questions that I had prior to moving in. The office staff as a whole are very professional and friendly. This is my first apartment and Residences at West Mint is making this a great first milestone!!
