Marvin is between Ballantyne, Indian Land, Waxhaw, and Weddington (just South of Charlotte). This is a very high-end area, with many beautiful houses and even mansions nearby. The schools in this area (like Marvin Ridge High School) are top-rated.

The other individuals at this property are mature working professionals, who maintain a clean and drama-free household. We are looking for normal professional people, who are friendly and willing to do their share to keep the house clean.
