I have lived here 3 years and the staff are amazing. The location is perfect and I normally walk to class since it's so close. Highly recommend if you are going to attend Campbell University.

It has taken me 3 years to write this review, but the experience has stayed with me. My son lived in these apartments for a year and a half. He actually was rarely there in 2020 due to covid. They placed him with a roommate that had a dog. The dog was kept in a kennel in the living room and the roommate's girlfriend stayed over most of the time. It was like he couldn't move around freely in his apartment. He basically rented a room. The issue came when we tragically lost my younger son in... October of 2020 in Lillington. Understandably, my older son did not want to return to Campbell University. He dropped out that fall and the following spring semester. The management would not work with us at all. They did not let us out of the lease, so we essentially paid for an apartment that no one was occupying. The furniture is very old. My apartment had mold, animal droppings, and dead bugs everywhere. It didn't matter how much I cleaned, it could never be clean. Management was very unresponsive and unwilling to improve anything.

Didnt like staying here. Price wasnt bad but amenities was lacking. Tvs were not 50inch. Pool table was broken. Just updated gym but still the equipment sucks. Pretty sure my room had mold in it.

Very pleased stay with great attendance never had any problems with the staff nor neighbors and all around I would rent again if I head to the area
