Springbrook Apartments is the worst community living experience I have ever had. The community allows smoking and your apartment and all your belongings will be ruined by the noxious odor of cigarette and weed smoke. Management is horrendously rude. Window units and baseboard heating. Car break-ins are prevalent. Apartments are old and dirty.

Substantial rent increases every time lease is up. Bugs are bad, drifting smoke from neighboring apartments smells like they smoke right inside your own apartment. Pools were closed most of the summer. Over-flowing dumpsters are left for days without being emptied. Management does nothing to address issues. You have to get a money order each month for rent. Since the new owner took over my rent has gone up twice. Now have water bill and pet rent.

My fiancé and I went to tour the apartments because we were very interested. When we arrived, not only was the person who came out the door seemed nonchalant, but she was on the phone the WHOLE time we were touring. We did not need to know your personal business. We could not even ask question because she was on her phone. The place overall, was very nice but I WILL NOT tolerate the unprofessionalism! We will not put in an application here! They need to learn some boundaries!

I have NEVER had such rude people in the office. The manager should be fired. When the new owner bought the place, it all went down hill. These were build in 1985 people. Full of mold and poor quality. You hear your neighbors do everything. There might as well not even be a wall to separate apts. The floors squeak also. Not worth the price they want you pay.
