New owners and manager took over January 1st. The manager Bianca is the rudest, most unfriendly person I have ever dealt with. She talks down to the residences, act as though we are beneath her. She is very unresponsive to any and all matters, whether it is a billing issue, maintenance issue, leasing issue. She will not answer emails, telephone calls or even written letters that are left in the office. She is obviously extremely untrained or just don't care. previous management was very... professional; however, Bianca fails miserably at being professional on any level. I have attempted to reach out to the property owners, they too will not respond to any inquiry.

If you are looking for an apartment, this is not the place to come. Stay far, far away unless you want to deal with this type of unprofessionalism. Spend your time and money where you are appreciated and treated respectfully.

The new updates are cheap. They are just covering up the crud that’s underneath. Serious ongoing problems such as roaches, water leaks and outdated heating and air that break down.

Lindsey Manor is doing wonderful updates their community! The new appliances, granite, backsplash, carpet, 2 inch blinds, cabinet face and hardware are very nice and make the place more modern. The office staff here are top notch and maintenance crew do a great job of fixing things in a timely manner. All the staff go above and beyond for me! I feel safe here and it is very quiet and peaceful!

Dana, Matt, and Misty are hands down the best office staff at Lindsay Manor. Marvin and his maintenance crew are awesome. Wonderful swimming pool and outdoor area to have activities for your family.

Been living here now for 4 years. Can't complain about anything really. My 2 bedroom 1 bath is decent size. Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space for an apartment. The grounds are always kept clean. Someone here or easily accessible pretty much all the time. Management is on top of things. They are always just a phone call or text away to get something fixed if needed. Nice playground for kids and a great size pool. I also would like to mention we have a wonderful young couple that is alway doing... something for the community once a month or so. Biscuits 1 morning, we've had a food truck come for supper. They've had numerous other things to get our little community together. For the money, you really can't beat it.
