I lived here for 15 months and would have resigned if my job did not take me far away. Property was great and the staff was 10/10. Danielle was always amazing and so helpful! Maintenance is also always very quick to fix anything and were always very nice.

THE place to be!
The location alone is well worth it for the relatively cheap rooms, really. With the amount of 24/7 amneties, luxurious quality of every flooring plan, the well kept courtyard with the pool and dog park, the overall look of an obtainable elegance in every aspect of the building, top notch security, parking garages, bike garage and repair, etc. The list goes on, I might even be forgetting something. I'm feeling truly blessed at the opportunity of living right in the middle of everything in the... continuously growing city of Kannapolis. The warm and inviting staff goes far beyond expectations, especially, in such a rich and exquisite development. They made sure I had a place and they made sure I had the best in the deal. Living like a king in The Vida, making the most of life at this new level of standard. The perfect community to propel you into that greatness you deserve. It's great to be here.

I recently just moved into Vida apartments and i love it!! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect home!!

Waste of Time
The staff is relatively unreachable and super unfriendly if you are lucky enough to reach someone. I got different answers depending on who I spoke with. The availability on this site is different than their direct site which they blame on information transfer of constant changes even though this site shows 3 more apartments available per floor plan for multiple days/weeks at a time. After finally trying to visit, getting in was almost impossible. I was not impressed with what little I was able... to see and the staff in general seems like they don't care whether you want to apply or not.

Top Notch Community!
Location, apartment layout and finishes, building amenities, the staff-- everything about Vida Kannapolis is excellent! I would recommend living Vida to anyone looking for an apartment in this area!
