Property staff is nice. People just need to keep in mind the smoking policy, picking up after their dogs, and not throwing trash down to keep community buildings clean. Not really feeling the whole short term rentals with having to see different people come in and out. first time staying in an apartment community that offers this service.

Loved everything about this place! I’m looking for apartments in the area and thought I’d stop in to see if they had any available units. I was greeted by two leasing agents with a warm smile. Ryland showed my parents and I, the best units that met my needs. She was super knowledgeable and very personable.

Amazing Tour by Cierra What a hidden gem we found at Hambright Junction! Walking into the clubhouse for our tour, the first thing we noticed was how beautiful the place was designed. We were quickly greeted by Cierra, our tour guide and leasing consultant. She was so welcoming and kind, and it really helped ease our minds after a full day of apartment hunting. Having an engaging and friendly team is so important to nurture a paradoxical environment. We were able to pick which unit we wanted to... tour, and Cierra drove us over in the golf cart while telling us about all the amenities and move-in specials. Me and my partner kept looking at each other like it was too good to be true. Cierra told us that she also lived in the community, and was quick to answer any questions, and we had quite a few. Her positive energy radiated throughout the whole tour, and by the time we got back to the clubhouse, we were ready to cancel the rest of our apartment hunting and sign the lease. So excited to hopefully become a part of this community! Yes the property is beautiful and secluded, but what really puts Hambright Junction miles above the rest is the outstanding staff who go above and beyond to make you feel like home.
