Feels like Home! The homes are very spacious, and color schemes are beautiful. These one story apartments felt The homes are spacious and have beautiful color schemes. These one-story apartments felt like home from the moment you stepped inside. The leasing staff are very helpful and friendly.

So nice! It was great! Loved the layout and the homey feeling. Not much cheaper than where we’re at now though, and doesn’t have a pool or gym.

positive experience Due to tropical storm damage from a fallen tree onto our previous rental home we had to move quickly. Josh (rental agent), Bob (maintenance) and Tom (builder) were vital in making our move possible and quick. Currently we have no neighbors so we can't attest to noise other than it is close to I-40 which is noisy.
