DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

If you are thinking about moving here, please read reviews carefully and do your research first.

A lot of the positive reviews seem to come from residents receiving credits or incentives, so keep that in mind when looking at the overall rating.

Yes, the units are a decent size inside, and I’ll give them that. But nice square footage means nothing when the property itself is so poorly managed.

The complex is honestly dirty and poorly maintained. The breezeways are constantly disgusting, with...
trash and dog waste everywhere. There is also a serious roach problem. I have personally seen roaches crawling out of a brand-new refrigerator, which is beyond unacceptable.

The billing is another issue. Rent and additional charges seem to change constantly, making it hard to understand what you’ll actually owe from month to month.

Maintenance has been one of the worst parts of living here. My AC stopped working and my apartment reached 99 degrees indoors while the thermostat is only blowing hot air. I submitted an emergency request and made multiple calls, yet nobody treated it with urgency. Sitting in a 95-degree apartment is not safe or livable.

There is also a heavy police presence around this complex because of ongoing issues with certain residents, and it often feels like people who mind their business end up dealing with the consequences of management allowing bigger problems to continue. IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR BEWARE the police will assume your doing something illegal or “sketchy” if you’re out of your apartment. never been more disgusted in my life.

The staff is nice when they want you to sign a lease, but after that, the customer service changes completely. Many interactions feel cold, rude, and dismissive, like resident concerns are an inconvenience.

Even the amenities are disappointing. The pool and gym being closed on weekends makes no sense for working residents who actually want to use what they pay for.

Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating living experiences I’ve had. Nice apartment size does not make up for poor maintenance, pests, cleanliness issues, rude staff, and lack of urgency during emergencies.

0/10 — I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

Mediocre

I lived here for a little over two years. The size of the apartments are nice, and I was able to rent it at a decent price. Within 15-20 minutes of the complex are a bunch of restaurants and shopping, and just down the street is a good mechanic. I never had a roach problem while living here.

Maintenance is hit or miss. It seems to change hands a lot. Maintenance is always punctual, but sometimes you get some who knows what he is doing, and other times the guy seems clueless. The maintenance...
staff at the beginning of this year was okay. I do not know if it is the same people now. There is supposed to be security at one of the gates, but they are only sometimes there. I do not know how much they are paying attention when they are present.

The office staff is unorganized. They are nice, but only a couple of people know what they are doing, and if they are not in office, good luck. Even if they are there, still no guarantees. When it was time for me to move out of the apartment, I gave them my two months notice. I even signed a form confirming I would be vacating at the end of my lease. They still called me 3 times asking if I was going to renew my lease. I spoke to them in office 2 or 3 times to confirm that I would not be renewing. When my move-out date arrived, they were still surprised that I was moving out of the apartment. They did not close out my apartment until a week and a half to two weeks after I moved out of the apartment. They tried to charge me for that time and warned me they would seek legal action if I did not pay. Fortunately I was able to get them to do their jobs before that happened.

They only let you get packages during a 3 hour window during weekdays. Good luck getting those packages if you have a full-time job during normal working hours. There are package thieves in the complex, so be aware of that if the package is accidentally delivered to your door. They claim to include washer/dryer in-unit, but what they do not tell you is you have to rent them. The recycling bins are constantly full because people use them for regular trash, despite them being clearly marked. There is trash all over and around the complex. I had noise issues more than once.

There are pros and cons to living here. If you decide to live here, hopefully you have fewer problems than I did.
