Terrible apartments with old appliances, will never replace them leaving you without things like a washer for weeks. Money hungry complex that prays on college students despite the area not being safe and college student friendly. Amenities are rarely available and the gym is disgusting. People are loud and litter everywhere, even staff has littered in our empty trash can. 0 stars, please safe your self the stress and don’t move here.

They do not care about your well being at all over here, it’s a disaster and you may gain depression being here with of how stressful it is dealing with them, management does not help, maintenance does poor jobs, emergency maintenance has never answered the phone, management is rude, terrible all around.

My daughter lives at Block 43. I can’t say enough about all the help and the quality service that we have received during her renewal process! Angie the Area Manager was awesome. She made sure that she had everything she needed to make sure the went smoothly!

This place is a scam. They lure you in with all utilities are included in your rent but in reality you're paying about $650 to $700 (depending on what bedroom layout your living in) just due to your overage bill that is always high. When you go to them and ask about it they cannot give you a breakdown of why the bill is high when you have to do the run around with Duke and you still don't get anything accomplished. When it comes to roommates they try to do a roommate match but that doesn't work.... They don't care about the well being of their residents all they want is your money. They are helpful in the beginning but after you've signed your lease and moved in they are rude, and very inconsiderate it's as if they're giving you the cold shoulder. They only handle things that is beneficial for them and when I say that I mean by getting you to pull more money out of your pocket. They try from every angle to get money from you any way possible. Everything in this apartment breaks and the way they have it set up you cannot fix something on your own and you have to call maintenance to come and fix it and there is always a charge. The apartments are not as clean nor kept well when you move in. The apartments don't look nothing as good as the model they show you. They suck you in because the places are pretty, but maintenance sucks, the leasing office couldn't care less about dealing with problems created by the shoddily built Cottages, and it's dangerous and loud. Seriously, someone was shot at a party a month ago in spring place which is right behind the Cottages. Don't live here. Spend your money elsewhere
