$375 with utilities included is a great price but there's no dish washer and there's a mold problem definitely will not be renewing.

Great Starter

Although this is student housing, it is a great place to begin your independent journey. The all-inclusive packaging as well as the Cable-Ready and Wi-Fi are EXCELLENT incentives. the cheap pricing is the lowest in the city. It is also price location just steps from the local bus stops and within walking distance to various r\fast foods, dollar stores, grocery stores, and etc.
