ROACHES

They removed their site so you can’t see the reviews but they are infested with roaches. Specifically 1018 and pest control is inconsistent

SAVE YOUR TIME

Apartments have huge roaches with terrible pest control, supposed to come every 2 weeks but haven’t been in to change the traps in at least a month ! Maintenance is terrible! Property management is 6/10 hard to get in touch with and doesn’t hold her team accountable!

Run from this place

Where do I begin? AC was out for over a week then flooded my unit, then they had the audacity to charge ME for the fan rental, accused me of not having renters insurance when I did, wouldn’t let me out of my lease two months early, don’t return phone calls EVER, barely return emails, and let’s not forget when they had my power turned off even though I had paid my bills because they mistakenly informed Duke Energy my unit was vacant? Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
