faulty wiring, faulty cable wiring, dirty walkways, inconsistent trash valet, overflowing, passive property management, hard to get in contact with leasing office or even a follow up. A/C and Heat have broken three times since I've lived here. didn't fix initial issues. A/C broken on our move in date in the middle of the summer. snow not cleared. leaves not clear. not worth your money.

The new owners are rude and dishonest. I returned my key fob and was still charged for it. I contacted the office 7 times since May 11th by phone and once by email. Each time I called they were too busy and said they would call me back. No one has called me back, not even the regional manager who I was promised would call me back today. When I asked for the corporate number I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. I called back and miraculously no one answered. If someone lost my... key fob and there was a mistake no one at this company has taken responsibility. They clearly don't care. If they don't care about returning my money, just imagine any other issue that would need resolve if you live here. I would not recommend living here for various other reasons, including the crime, being able to hear the Smith band cleary in your apartment home, being woken up by the little league football announcer and music on Saturday mornings across the street at Smith High School. If you're looking for a new apartment home look elsewhere for a complex that has honest employees and cares about their tenants. Read More

Great location, Super fast maintenance,easy on line rental payment available, monthly incentives, utilities package (wd-cable-valet trash- security alarm).

Planned social activities and pool open late.
Moving here was a smart choice I could have moved to one of the the more expensive communities. That were gated but I saved when I started to weigh my options and didn't have to sacrifice on perks.
My only thing I would change is add a security gate system.

The apartments are infested with these house centipedes! You will wake up and one is on your ceiling or go to take a shower and they're in the tub !! The MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST!!! They will include fees for THEIR back bill!! They are liars so make sure you keep ALL documents and Record any "serious" conversations because they WILL LIE ON YOU !! The manager RICKY is a theft and liar!! BE WARE !!! The property is MONEY Hungry, so AGAIN KEEP ALL DOCUMENTS and records of payments!
